Dave the Car Guy's car history and facts: The Honda Crosstour

DID YOU KNOW the Honda Crosstour was introduced to the world in 2009 via Facebook, instead of at an auto show? Behold, the power of social media!

The Honda Crosstour is classified as a CUV, or crossover utility vehicle, which is a vehicle built on a car platform - in the Crossover's case, the Honda Accord - that combines the best features of a Sports Utility Vehicle, or SUV. (In fact it was originally called the Honda Accord Crossover until the "Accord" name was removed in 2012.)

It's a lot of letters but the ones that Honda Crosstour owners care most about is F-U-N, as in this is one FUN vehicle to own and drive, with lots of bells and whistles including a voice command system can recognize over 100,000 words! (I'm not sure Dave the Car Guy knows that many words!)

And it all started for the Honda Crosstour on Facebook - which is another thing that Dave the Car Guy doesn't know much about. :)
