This was my first experience with Toole’s. Someone told me they are under new management this month, but I forgot to ask them. Anyhow I was able to schedule a same day smog check for a truck purchase last week. They had the truck in and out quickly at the scheduled time and issued the smog certificate. My experience was they were quick, friendly & professional. I would not hesitate to use them again.

If you are looking for an honest mechanic, look no further. Toole's Garage saved the day when my car broke down on the highway. I was expecting a high-pressure, expensive experience, but I got the exact opposite. They are incredibly transparent and truly care about helping people, not just making a buck. They diagnosed my issue quickly, didn't charge for the check, and helped ease my anxiety. I highly recommend them!

First time here. I googled reputable tire shops/differential services etc and this one was 2nd in the list. First one couldn't give me a timeframe and said they were really booked but I could drop it off. I called Toole's garage next and wow, the difference was night and day. Moss was a burst of energy from the go. Initial reaction is customer service is Amazing - which is rare nowadays. Hopefully, the quote and repair work can stack up to their customer service! I'll be sure to follow up after I get my diagnostic report.

Had a great experience with getting my car repaired here. They are very thorough and give you a detailed list of what can/or needs to be fixed on your car with pictures if applicable. You go through and approve what jobs you would like them to perform with no questions asked or attempt to up-sell the jobs you opt out of. Another bonus to Tooles is that they offer after hours drop off with a secure lock box and assess the car first thing in the morning and send a message and call as soon as they finish. 10 out of 10 recommend!

I have had my vehicles serviced by Toole's for the past couple of years now. From a 1996 Ford Ranger to a 2015 Mazda 3, and a few other vehicles in between, Toole's keeps my wheels turning because they are skilled in general maintenance and all out repairs. My most recent visit was for my 2000 Ford Ranger pickup with a check engine light issue and front engine rattling when I drove over uneven surfaces. I appreciate their full 30-point inspection every time that includes high quality photographs and videos of things in the: red zone that need immediate repairs, the yellow zone for "will need" repairs to green that all is good. I ended up with radiator and linkage work this time around. I love how much better my pickup drives over uneven surfaces now, no rattling and just a smooth ride. My father and I have had this pickup for over 15 years, and it runs beautifully. Thanks to the skills of the mechanics at Tooles. I love that I can drop my vehicle off and get a ride home while repairs are done. Ray was stellar in customer service for this session. The cost of repairs is well worth the quality of their work; therefore, they are of great value to me. Well done Toole's. I'll be back!

I'd like to start out by saying that The quality of Toole's and its staff is exemplary, and they were very accommodating, exceptionally helpful, and friendly. I am the sole caretaker for my 93 and 90 year old grandparents and I only had the one truck right now working for everything i need to do, but the alternator was failing. Because we didn't have a ride the technicians worked through their lunch so we didn't have to wait for hours. They will receive all my bussines and I recommend you go there as well.

I took Stella (my car) in to have the thermostat changed and the staff at Toole’s were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They had my car in and out in a few hours and since I was already going through withdrawals from being away from her, I greatly appreciated that. I just got a motor mount replaced and I gotta say the quality and professionalism is top notch! The price was more than fair. They even took pictures of suggested maintenance (battery readouts, leaking cv axels etc). I seriously don’t see myself going to any other mechanics.

I had an urgent situation when I discovered my tire was punctured by a nail on the I-680. The only place I could reach was this shop, and although they didn’t have the exact size wheel in stock, they were incredibly helpful. They offered to order the correct wheel and, in the meantime, did a patch on the tire so I could drive safely home. Antonio, the staff member who assisted me, also told me that he would find all the necessary tire sizes and prices within a day or two and send me a text, making the process of finding new tires even easier. I am truly grateful for their fast service—it took just 20 minutes! There weren’t too many customers, and Antonio did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this shop to everyone—outstanding service, professionalism, and great communication!

My friend recommended this shop. I took my car to Andrew and Ramiro. They were able to find the problem very quickly and they fixed it on the spot. Most honest mechanics I've ever had the pleasure to work with. They fix all my cars and my friends cars. Fair prices. Great quality work. If it's something they can fix in seconds or a minute, they won't charge because they value relationship over profit. Sam and Kayed are amazing. Very good people and their team all hard workers. My friend's bumper was coming off her older car and I brought it to them. They fix it in minutes. Thank you, RBK!!
