Had a great experience with getting my car repaired here. They are very thorough and give you a detailed list of what can/or needs to be fixed on your car with pictures if applicable. You go through and approve what jobs you would like them to perform with no questions asked or attempt to up-sell the jobs you opt out of. Another bonus to Tooles is that they offer after hours drop off with a secure lock box and assess the car first thing in the morning and send a message and call as soon as they finish. 10 out of 10 recommend!

I have had my vehicles serviced by Toole's for the past couple of years now. From a 1996 Ford Ranger to a 2015 Mazda 3, and a few other vehicles in between, Toole's keeps my wheels turning because they are skilled in general maintenance and all out repairs. My most recent visit was for my 2000 Ford Ranger pickup with a check engine light issue and front engine rattling when I drove over uneven surfaces. I appreciate their full 30-point inspection every time that includes high quality photographs and videos of things in the: red zone that need immediate repairs, the yellow zone for "will need" repairs to green that all is good. I ended up with radiator and linkage work this time around. I love how much better my pickup drives over uneven surfaces now, no rattling and just a smooth ride. My father and I have had this pickup for over 15 years, and it runs beautifully. Thanks to the skills of the mechanics at Tooles. I love that I can drop my vehicle off and get a ride home while repairs are done. Ray was stellar in customer service for this session. The cost of repairs is well worth the quality of their work; therefore, they are of great value to me. Well done Toole's. I'll be back!

I'd like to start out by saying that The quality of Toole's and its staff is exemplary, and they were very accommodating, exceptionally helpful, and friendly. I am the sole caretaker for my 93 and 90 year old grandparents and I only had the one truck right now working for everything i need to do, but the alternator was failing. Because we didn't have a ride the technicians worked through their lunch so we didn't have to wait for hours. They will receive all my bussines and I recommend you go there as well.

I took Stella (my car) in to have the thermostat changed and the staff at Toole’s were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They had my car in and out in a few hours and since I was already going through withdrawals from being away from her, I greatly appreciated that. I just got a motor mount replaced and I gotta say the quality and professionalism is top notch! The price was more than fair. They even took pictures of suggested maintenance (battery readouts, leaking cv axels etc). I seriously don’t see myself going to any other mechanics.

I am a new customer. They were able to tell me what was wrong and are fixing it right away. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Shop was clean and organized. They even gave me a ride home. Can't wait to pick my truck up and get going again. You can tell they are a well organized and honest shop. I was referred and now I know why.
