Had a great first experience with my new friends at Toole's Garage! Showed up early for my appointment and they were quick on the intake and soon I had my loaner car for the day and was on my way. Beau called in the afternoon to let me know what they found. Always scary to get those calls but he told me I had done a great job keeping up my car and there were only a few things to consider. He have me good advice and let me know my car would be ready soon. All in all, a smooth transaction, even fun! I will be a returning customer at Toole's Garage, such a clean facility and love that they have a loyalty program. They really focus on customers and communication.

Friendly and professional. No-nonsense, no hard sell, quick service. Got 60k service and inspection done for my Hyundai with fast turnaround and no attempt to claim that everything under the hood needed replacing. I declined their complementary rental, but they gave me a ride back to Caltrain, which was very nice. It's a bit out of my way for regular oil changes, but I will definitely return for any future repairs or major services.

They did a great job of repairing my condenser and radiator which was damaged by road debris. It's nice to have AC again!

Toole's Garage far exceeded my expectations! They walked me through every step of my repairs, and kept me updated as it happened. Their customer service was exceptional, and their work was quick. This family business made me feel like a part of the family!
