These guys are the best! I came in at 3 pm this Mondaywith no appointment. I was around this area and need to get my car fixed as quickly as possible. It failed to start once last Friday, and then it could start but delayed, I did some research online and it could be a simple battery problem or more complex such as fuel system. I went to another place at first but they don't work on Nissan much so I searched on Yelp while I was stepping out of that place. I just saw that Toole's takes care of Japanese cars, and 5 stars! No need to search for more, go! While one guy was typing my information into their computer system, another guy (Later I realized he is the boss:)) drove my car into their garage. They started to check the battery and told me it was bad, and needs to change a new battery to continue their work. Fortunately, after they changed the battery, everything tested good (the technician showed me the testing result and explained to me), I was so happy. They only charged me 13 bucks for labor and their prices for parts are really reasonable. When I left with my car fixed, it was just 4 pm! By the way, this place is so clean and tidy, including the garage (I went in to see my car). And I think I don't need to mention free wifi, water and coffee. This is the place I will go whenever my car needs repair.

Absolutely the best customer service I have experienced anywhere! Inviting, warm, friendly, knowledgeable and relaxed! No stress here, no pressure, total professionalism with a big smile! Beau is the man! After explaining the service in detail, he hooked me up with a ride to work and when my truck was ready, hooked me up with a ride from work to the shop! I was amazed to receive an in process email with pictures of my truck and what was needed and then a follow up call from Beau again explaining everything in detail. Tires a little worn, Beau has suggestions and will price check and email the details. The guy just seems to love doing the research and sharing his knowledge with his customers! And may I add, I received a grand tour of the shop, the cleanest shop I have ever stepped foot in!

Excellent quality of work. Came up with a simple, free solution to the problem with my door locks rather than running up a big bill and "hiding" the simple solution. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.
