Dave and his team at Toole's Garage consistently exceed my expectations for customer service. I usually take in my Honda, but this time took in my Toyota Sienna and it's humming along after a scheduled maintenance. They really stand by their work and their integrity and honesty in diagnosing and detailing issues and associated costs is the reason I've been relying on their expertise year after year. Best of the Best is my vote.

Once again, I am writing to tell you about exceptional service from the team at Toole's Garage! A while ago, I had discovered my Honda Oddysey minivan had trouble when shifting out of park - it was a mild annoyance, and Dave and Beau had explained it was probably the shift lock which was getting worn out. Of course, I let it go too long and ended up stuck in a parking lot in Burlingame, unable to get out of park. Luckily, I called Toole's Garage and they talked me through a way to get the car out of park safely. I was able to drive it straight the garage and even on a Friday afternoon, they were able to get the part and fixed it for me while I waited! I can't thank Dave and Beau and whole team enough for getting me out of that jam and providing exceptional service!

After several years of using the dealership for all maintenance I took my Acura RDX for its 100K plus maintenance at Toole"s and I could not be happier. The car works great...the cost was about $400 dollars less than the dealer and everyone at Toole"s was exceptionally nice. Will definitely go back!

Save time and frustration and go with Toole's! I went to several Acura dealer service centers and got the runaround and/or extremely poor service for a brand new MDX that we just bought. The people at Toole's were professional, friendly and focused on great customer service!
