Just needed an oil change. The staff were so accommodating with scheduling and incredibly courteous. They gave me an inspection of wheel alignment/balance, fluid levels and other inspection points that I wasn't expecting. While I was waiting for my car a few other customers came in. It was apparent that they were repeat and very satisfied customers that trust this garage. I highly recommend this garage!

The staff was great super friendly. Beau got me all set up and Tony/Tom (forgot sorry) helped me out when the car was done. Went over the different point checks and recommendations. I went to my car and noticed that the floor mats were cleaned. It was a nice surprise and just added to my satisfaction with going to them. Thanks Toole Garage!!

Wow, finally found an auto repair shop that won't rip you off, will treat you like family and offer great customer service with a smile. Tony and Beau are great to deal with and will cheerfully explain the service being performed and offer recommendations and solutions. Oh and by the way the shop offers a shuttle service which is something no other shop I have been to offers. Other Auto Repair shops can learn a thing or two from Too'ls Garage as to how to treat their paying customers.

Always a pleasure to take my Prius to Toole's garage, I am very confident the job will be done correctly. I am looking forward to my next appointment.

Friendly service. They made me feel that they know what my car needed and had reasonable recommendations on what needed fixing. I brought my car in for the 60k service and it now runs very smoothly. Definitely will be coming back for all my future check-ups.

Been a customer now for quite sometime. They are expwrts, honest and good value. However, the true value comes in their consistent, excellent service. I love Toole's for all three of our cars, my Acura rdx and 2 Prius'. Now I base my car purchases on their specialty, but I am sure they can handle most anything.

Absolutely the most kind-hearted folks here at this family-run business.I arrived in the morning at 8:00 AM for my appointment and I have never seen anybody more cheerful, happy and alive than Beau at the front desk, I was expecting the usual stingy, grumpy front-desk person at that early hour but I could not have been more wrong!Came for a brake estimate/inspection and truly thought I needed brakes but their inspection was quick, HONEST, and fair and the mechanic went over every single detail (Thanks Tony!) and I could not be a happier customer and this is HARD to say for an auto shop!Having moved here from Sacramento, I was wary and spent a long time searching but boy, I could not be happier to find this little gem of a place hidden down the street from the famous Devil's Canyon Brewery. This place is going to be my go-to place for certain, and while I did not have to pay a dime or penny to get this estimate and their incredibly well-spent time and effort looking at my car and inspecting it, I could not be more happy with the service, the location, the cost (free :) and the wonderful people who work here. They do have free shuttle service and it's the wife of the owner who drives you, this could not be a more lovely mom-and-pop style run shop in the world!! I will be recommending this place highly to everyone and I have already told several co-workers to come here (located near our work and my home, so this could not be more perfect of a location for me).A big thank you to everyone at Toole's Garage for a great start to the new year of 2016! I live in El Cerrito and work in Millbrae, yet I do go a bit out of my way to take my car here. This is the first place I've felt I could trust. They're always respectful, thoughtful, and fair.
