Extremely professional, helpful personnel. The facility was very clean and organized. The facility manager called me a few times during the day to check-in with the progress of the vehicle and if anything needed to be approved. The car was done that day. They photographed all the parts they replaced for my records. The price for the work seemed reasonable. I have been driving the car for three weeks since the service and it runs like a top. I definitely will return. I drive a 2005 Nissan Exterra and they treated my baby well.

Very professional and knowledgeable

My battery went dead at home. Tooles came out and jumped it and took it to the shop to test. Battery tested low and was past age so they replaced it and did a courtesy check up as well. They picked up and brought back the car as a courtesy also. They are polite and caring as well as competent.. As I can't be out because of covid this was incredibly helpful .They have always provided excellent care and service no matter which car needed it. Tooles is highly recommended and is my place for service par excellence..
