Toole’s came through for me again. Jason helped me with problem solving, offered to negotiate for me with an auto parts store that I’d bought a part from (which wouldn’t work), and even gave me advice on a better dealership to get safety recall service from. (He was absolutely right.) More reasons why I’ve been a loyal customer for over a decade.

Both my car and myself are in excellent hands. They care and have the knowledge to take good care of my car. I trust them and that's very important because I am an old lady now.

Highly recommend for anyone to take their vehicles to this location. Alex was an absolute professional! He took excellent care of me like I was family!

Their quotes were expensive and they gave very little advice and they didn't it wasn't all female employee shop which is what they advertised or at least I saw it when I pulled it up on Google Big easy impression that all the mechanics for females which I figured I could relate to but not the case front guy just didn't get very much information at all and want to charge $225 bucks just to diagnose my transmission image that's what I already knew it was bottom line is like 225 bucks I was not impressed with that at all

I took my vehicle in to get a major repair done and I received EXCELLENT EXCELLENT SERVICE every single person I interacted with was AWESOME I feel toole’s garage are one of the last few honest places to get a vehicle serviced or repaired. I definitely had a great experience here. And they kept me updated and explained everything in detail and didn’t leave me feeling confused about my car. Definitely check them out.

I showed up, no appointment, & they took my car in, worked hard, fixed many problems & alerted me about some problems that to be fixed later...in at 11am & out by 5pm...best service ever..I'll be back!!

Took care of my Mercedes GLE 350 like it was their own. Best service you can get on a repair, even better than Mercedes themselves. My car required major replacements and they gave it care I can trust. They have a private, gated parking lot, so your car is safe when staying overnight. They have skilled technicians that specialize in many different types of vehicles. There are friendly and helpful service writers handling the office. Their technicians include photos of the areas of concern so you can see the vehicle’s problems yourself, with complete transparency. This helped me to make a well informed decision on what work is recommended/required. And to top it all off, it even came with a solid warranty. Can’t beat that. I trust Toole’s every time.

These guys are great I towed my Ram Promaster into their shop. For a no crank no start. They diagnosed it the same day, they knew the problem 100% but said their Lock smith to make a new key retired and recommended the dealership. They didn’t charge me a single Penny. And their diagnostic was correct I got a new key and my car is running and all fixed! Thank you Toole’s you guys are great!
