I won’t take any of my vehicles anywhere besides Tooles! They have exceptional customer service and they KNOW what they are doing!

I had a great experience with Tooles! My truck had a check engine light come on the dash, took it in for a diagnosis. They were able to find the problem by the end of the day. Although it took them some time to get the parts, they were very good with communication and swift with repairs. Their online system is great, they take photos of every step, and document everything for you to see from your phone. Francisco at the front desk was excellent at keeping me updated through the process, notifying me of any unexpected problems, how everything was going. They ask for permission before any work is done! You’ll know what’s happening to your vehicle, when, and how much the projected costs will be. I’d recommended them to anyone, they do an awesome job!

I’ve only ever been in for a quick diagnosic, but while I was there the whole staff was beyond friendly. They couldn’t get me a quick answer so we rescheduled for me to come in later. Because life came running at me all at once I rescheduled with them twice and both times not being able to make it. I called a third time to reschedule, got on the books and suddenly the light on my car turned off a few days before my appointment. I called to cancel once again feeling like a real jerk, but I didn’t have anything for them to check at this point. Instead of being irritated they were happy for me and so gracious and friendly. Just based off the vibes of the people who work there I would recommend this business to anyone.
