Excellent service, communication, and value. Mitch was very accommodating and communicative. I am extremely happy with the 2 times I've taken my car to them. I am also happy they offer rental cars and local shuttle service. Makes things MUCH easier on me. Facility is clean, and professional and I love that I get text updates that link me to online details of the diagnostic, recommended repairs, photos, explanations, ability to accept or reject repairs, and can pay online. They also have key boxes so you can pick up your vehicle after hours and drop off the rental as well. They changed my rear brakes/rotors. Mitch let me know I still had plenty of life left on my front brakes after another shop told me I needed them changed a whole YEAR prior. I respect Toole's honesty and that's a main reason why I'll keep using them. Awesome business and I will definitely recommend to everyone.
