Super friendly and efficient, and explained the service they were providing for my car. Everything was perfect when they were done, including a couple of dashboard oddities they tweaked/fixed for me. I’m so glad Toole’s will be handling the servicing and warranty for my 2017 Ford Escape.

Great place to take your car for service.

Michael answered my call to the shop and squeezed me in the very next morning as I had a road trip planned and my radiator reservoir was leaking it needed to be replaced. I came in the next morning. He did a visual And ordered me a new one on the spot and had it changed by midday that day . They even gave me a ride back to my house and picked me up when it was done, great service .. at a fair Price .i was very pleased and I will be Taking my truck back for any issues maintenance repairs needed going forward., finally found a fair repair shop to take care of my repair needs.

We like Toole’s a lot. The only thing was that we were told the work would be done by noon and it was not until 4. We definitely will take our car back to Toole’s, because they do good work and are pleasant to deal with. 👍
