Very nice and clean shop .

Amazing group of people! They saved me thousands of dollars the dealer wanted me to pay for something that didn’t even need to be fixed! I love that they take pictures and videos so you can also see what they see and what needs to be done! Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ They got my car ready for our road trip!

Michael, Ray and Steven were absolutely awesome. Took in my van, found the problem, fixed it, took me home when I had to leave it at the shop, and picked me up when it was time to bring it home. I really appreciated all the help, and the laughs. Don’t lose these guys.i don’t think I’d go back if they aren’t there.

I couldn't ask for a better place to take my Truck. Love everything about Tooles and their wonderful customer care and technicians. Beau is an amazing and awesome man, but I think I'm a bit partial to him because we're both Sicilian 😉. Won't take my Toyota Tundra anywhere else. So glad to have such trustworthy & a honest place in my small town where the people know your name. No it's not a bar, but it's a very comfortable place to hang out while there working on your vehicle.

I think what you're suggesting, Sue, is that we install a bar. I think that's a great idea! Very disappointed in this company. False promises, over charging, and lack of follow through. Would discourage anyone from using this shop. Will never go back based on this experience.

We missed the target, Brian, and didn't communicate with you at our usual high level. After reviewing your repair estimate, I found some errors that we've since adjusted and discussed with you. The water pump and radiator replacement on your diesel truck is an unusually complex job, so we'll be happy to handle it for you if you find it's not a do-it-yourself project. I appreciate the feedback, and I assure you that we'll always deal with you honestly and fairly, and if we get it wrong, we'll always make it right.

My truck was finally in need of a new transmission. So after sourcing the performance transmission I wanted they installed it along with all new lines, trans cooler, coolant bypass, and range sensor. Their mechanic spoke with me regarding some other maintenance items I wanted checked like a new rear main seal, greasing the front drive shaft u-joints and wanted to make sure everything I wanted done was being taken care of. They did it in a very timely & professional manner all while keeping updated throughout the install.
