They're professional - they email you photos and descriptions of anything that needs attention. They'll give you rational and unbiased advice. On one occasion, repairs to one of our cars was taking longer than expected and we thought our planned road trip would be impacted. Toole's acknowledged the delay and organized car rental for us so our family vacation would not be affected. Highly recommended.
