Totally outstanding service and always with a smile! My wife's TL wouldn’t start, so I called Toole’s just hoping they could take a look and of course they got her in, diagnosed the problem, changed out the battery and had her back on the road in less than an hour. My wife said the whole service experience at Toole’s was friendly, warm and professional. Rock stars every one of them!

All I can say is OUTSTANDING!!! This was my first visit to Tool's and I could not have been more impressed. The staff goes out of their way to be friendly and inviting. After completion of a general service of my car they found a couple of issues and showed me photos of what they found on a computer screen. Additionally they have a nice waiting room, good coffee, free Wi-Fi along with a TV set and a charging station for electronic toys such as cell phones and iPods. Today I returned to have something they found repaired and it took exactly the four hours that was told it would take. For sure Tool's is where I will take my Toyota for service in the future. .
