Toole’s is phenomenal. I took my 2009 Subaru Forester there because I had gone to Carlsen’s Subaru in Redwood City and they quoted me almost $8000 in recommended repairs and maintenance. I wasn’t looking to pay anything near that amount and felt like I was getting played the fool. I took it to Toole’s and they were honest and transparent about what was recommended vs essential and how the various fixes would impact the long term longevity of the car. They also offered a Lyft ride to and from the shop which was essential considering that I had to take it in on a work day. They gave me a quote on a few different items, each of which was less than half what the dealer quoted me. What’s more, the VIP inspection + the quote was $0 whereas it cost me ~$150 at the dealer. They had an easy-to-use web interface for approving and denying service offers, together with photos justifying each maintenance/repair service they were recommending. I’ll never go the dealer again, but I will definitely be going to Toole’s again.

This company is excellent. Highly recommend. Customer service was outstanding, complete with advice on tentative future services needed and, I believe it was Sean, kindly went over every item for future completion. Very helpful to me. All employees were VERY PLEASANT. My car was returned to me clean and washed, much appreciated. I will definitely be returning for the advised future services recommended before summer, as I am giving the car to my granddaughter to use coming home from college this summer.

I’ve been bringing cars to Toole’s for years and have always found them to be fair, honest and reliable. It’s a family business and they take pride in their work. They’re not just mechanics, they’re engineers and it shows.

Great place to get your car fix or diagnose They are very clear from the beginning till end. What I love the most is that they take picture of parts that are damaged or to be fixed. And communicate clearly that if the issue is critics or it’s nice to repair. Only toke 2 days to get fixed on few things, and price was very reasonable. I had my fiat fixed. Thank you Sean and all the team who helped to make this experience easy and quick.

Came in for a transmission service on a 15 year old Toyota Tacoma with 42K. Toole’s gave a quick turnaround and feel better that they gave it a safety check after being the occasional weekend ranch truck. Thanks guys
