Tooles used to be our 100% go to Shop, professional, very knowledgeable+ fair dudes. Then CostCO pricing took us acriss the bridge to AutoNation to get a Prius (2017)..We had no real car repairs or maintenance needed until now- and this week there they were the ReLiable professionals they've always been . .a few new faces, but behind the scenes the Toole family+ business are on your side & wont lead you astray! This shop did an excellent job of fixing my vehicle hi h had a driver side front window problem, made worse by another shop in Redwood City. They went out of their way (mainly Sean) to locate used parts for an old 2001 Toyota Corolla. They even provided some extras that I didn’t ask about. We’re iable to afford it, I would go there for most everything. They provide long warranties, but their rates are at the dealer level which is why I gave four and not five stars. They were also quite clear in their explanation of things which is important for me.

Great pricing against dealers, quick service, honest and felt like good communication. Only slight complaint- no complimentary wash and vacuum

Sean was super helpful. He really knows his stuff. Him and his team went above and beyond to check everything that might be concerning with my car when all I came in for was the tire pressure sensor. Before I left Sean even walked through the things the mechanic pointed out as concerning and gave me some advice. Great team!
