My mom recommended Toole’s Garage after she brought her car in a few months back. My ‘96 Honda Accord needed some updates/extra work done & Toole’s got on the issues right away. I like how they send updates through a link they provide you with & allow you to either approve or deny the certain parts in your car that needs attention. It did take a bit longer than expected for my car to be returned, but mainly that was because my car is older & certain parts are hard to find/take time to make. Additionally, the manufacturer originally sent in a malfunctioned part which delayed my car getting fixed. Thankfully, Toole’s was on top of the issue, eventually got the right part, and even lent me a free rental Nissan to drive while I waited. Overall, I appreciate Toole’s service to both my car & to me, especially when I asked a bunch of questions. Everyone, especially Brad & Sean (I believe that was his name) were beyond helpful & I’m grateful for their assistance. Thank you Toole’s!

I am so lucky to have found Toole’s Garage. Thanks to my son that found it first, brought his car in have the brakes worked on and was so happy with their service. He highly recommended them so I figured I’d give them a try. Everyone here at Toole’s is so kind, super friendly, thoughtful and very professional. (Especially Jason) Not to mention great at their jobs. I was updated thoroughly on what needed to be done, whether they were urgent or what can wait. Cost was reasonable. When my car was ready my husband came with me to pick it up. He loved just listening to them how thorough they were with my car and how professional that he decided to leave his car at Toole’s to be serviced on. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I love supporting small family businesses.

Great customer service and great prices. Mercedes dealership want to charge me almost $800 more for services not needed at this time. All work is documented with pictures and explained perfectly what is needed or recommended. I will definitely keep bringing all my cars here in the future.

Toole's did a great job diagnosing and resolving an electrical issue. They thoroughly tested the entire system and found simply a faulty battery. This is after a dealer had recommended an entire wiring harness replacement. I highly recommend them.

Thanks for the confidence, Dan. A thorough diagnosis prevented what would have been a very costly repair. Glad you're back on the road.

I would give them 1/2 STAR!! If you are thinking of having work done I would not recommend this place. Over priced , & sneaky, They done work that was not discussed, Never contacted me once Kate is very good with words & sneaky Francisco has a poor attitude

We were able to diagnose the cause of your overheating, battery-charging issue and oil leaks, replace the failed belt, clean your engine and alert you to some other issues with your car following our complete inspection, all for a bit less than the original approved estimate. I regret that your experience with our staff was not positive for you, Jonathan, but I'm glad we were able to get your car back on the road.
